Welcome to ISTAXPro. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend that you do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.

1. Access to the Platform

The ISTAXPro Profit & Loss platform is strictly available to members who have purchased the corresponding memberships. Access to the platform is subject to the purchase and activation of a valid membership.

2. Memberships

  • ISTAXPro memberships are non-transferable.

  • The available plans are as follows:

    • $9.50 USD per month – auto-renews monthly until canceled by the customer.

    • $99 USD per year – auto-renews annually until canceled.

  • Membership renewal will occur automatically at the end of each billing period. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.

  • The customer may cancel their membership at any time from their profile on the platform.

3. Advisory Services and Benefits

  • Members with an active subscription will have access to advisory services at a discounted rate, as well as depreciation advisory services.

  • Requests from users without an active membership may be canceled without a refund.

4. Use of the Profit & Loss Platform

  • Our Profit & Loss platform is a financial management tool for your business. It is not an official declaration and should not be used as such. It is essential that you file your tax returns with the appropriate authorities or consult with the ISTAXPro team.

  • The platform includes official categories and a dictionary to help you correctly identify each category, as well as a user tutorial to help you use the platform correctly.

  • The platform is for single use only. Sharing your account or access with anyone else is prohibited. If account sharing is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the account without a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Membership payments will renew automatically, and no refunds will be issued once the payment has been processed. However, the customer has the option to cancel their membership at any time from their profile on the platform.

  • Upon cancellation, access to the platform will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, technologies, and materials on the ISTAXPro platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and website design, are the property of ISTAXPro or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the platform without express consent from ISTAXPro is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ISTAXPro will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of income, profits, or data resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

  • ISTAXPro does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or interruptions, and it is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes related to the use of the platform or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of California.
